Effective Date: June 24, 2025

Ascentrix Advisory Group, a DBA of ACCELERATE TECHNOLOGIES LLC (“Ascentrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on ascentrixgroup.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it—especially in connection with Meta advertising tools—and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Contact Details: This includes your name, email address, and phone number, which we collect from forms you submit (e.g., “Schedule a Consultation”) to allow us to respond to your inquiries.

  • Device and Usage Data: This includes your IP address, browser details, pages visited, and actions taken on the Site. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to improve website functionality and for advertising analytics.

No sensitive data (health, financial, demographic) is requested. Payment information, if any, is entered directly with third-party processors such as Stripe; Ascentrix does not receive or store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you request.

  • Send marketing or educational content about our business-advisory services (you may unsubscribe at any time).

  • Measure and improve our advertising and website performance using analytics and ad platforms.

  • Maintain the security and functionality of our Site.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose it only to the following parties:

  • Service Providers: Companies that help us run the Site and communicate with you (e.g., email-marketing platform, web host).

  • Analytics & Advertising Partners: As detailed below, we share information with these partners solely to measure performance and deliver ads. This may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, which you can opt out of.

  • Payment Processors: When you make a payment, you provide information directly to processors like Stripe, which handle your data under their own privacy policies.

  • Legal or Safety Reasons: We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

All our vendors are contractually bound to keep your data confidential and use it only on our instructions.

4. Advertising & Analytics Tools We Use

  • Meta Pixel & Conversions API: We use these tools to track visits and actions on our Site (like form submissions) so we can show you relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Meta’s Audience Network. This links your activity on our Site with your Meta profile. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook account or opt out via the DAA opt-out page.

  • Google Analytics: We use this tool to understand Site traffic and improve our content. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

These tools use cookies or similar technologies to recognize your device and link your activity on our Site with information that Meta or Google already hold.

5. Your Choices & Rights

  • Marketing Emails: You can opt out by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any promotional email message or by contacting us at privacy@ascentrixgroup.com.

  • Interest-Based Ads / "Do Not Sell or Share": The use of online advertising tools may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law. You can opt out by using the opt-out links provided in Section 4, changing your browser's cookie settings, or enabling a universal opt-out mechanism like the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser.

  • Access / Deletion: California residents may request to know, delete, or correct the personal information we hold. To make a request, please email us at privacy@ascentrixgroup.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.

  • Do Not Track: Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no industry-standard protocol for how to respond to these signals, so we do not currently take action in response to them.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no website or internet transmission is completely secure. Please contact us immediately if you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
